Bodrum Ancient Theater

Located north of Bodrum’s city center, the Bodrum Ancient Theatre is one of the oldest theaters in Anatolia. Believed to have been constructed in the 4th century BC, the theater underwent restoration in the 1970s. Remarkably well-preserved over centuries, it accommodates up to 13,000 spectators with a total of 55 rows—30 in the lower section and 25 in the upper. A must-visit site for history and architecture enthusiasts.
